OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THESE OFFICIAL RULES INCLUDE AN ARBITRATION PROVISION.  PLEASE REVIEW IT CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on Wednesday, June 3, 202 at 5:00 pm EST through Friday, June 5, 2026 at 2:30pm EST, scan the QR code on the Promotion flyer or log on to https://forms.gle/sr9auEp2VsJwsH7c8 and follow the on-screen entry instructions.  Fill in all required information.  You may enter only once.  Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification.  You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.  Promotion may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.  All entry information become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor.  Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned.  Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor.
3. ELIGIBILITY:  Open to (a) residents of the 50 United States and D.C., and (b) who are 18 years of age or age of majority and older as of June 3, 2026, except for employees of DoodyCalls Franchising SPE LLC (”Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household.  Any decision related to eligibility will be at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 5, 2026 at 2:45 pm EST by Sponsor to select the winner from among all eligible entries received.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.  Potential winner will be notified by phone or text and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 5 business days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor.  Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner.  The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.  All income taxes and unspecified expenses resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner.  By entering this Promotion, entrant represents and warrants that entrant is eligible to participate in this Promotion, and accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters.  Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name, likeness and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.  All federal and state laws apply.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By entering this Promotion, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  Promotion Parties will not be responsible for:  late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Promotion; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Promotion; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or announcement of the prize.  If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is an error, any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or technical or other difficulties (including viruses and bugs) that compromise the integrity of the Promotion, or if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion the need to modify these Official Rules or the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify these Official Rules or the Promotion in a manner Sponsor deems appropriate.  Sponsor will provide reasonable notice of cancellation or any modifications, which shall be deemed to be fulfilled once the modified Official Rules are posted on the Promotion page.  In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination.  In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
6. PRIZE:

Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.  No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  All prizes will be awarded.  If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.  Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.  Promotion Parties make no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, regarding or relative to the prize, its value or use, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.  The winner bears all risk of loss or damage to the prize after taking possession of the prize.  By accepting any prize, the winner agrees to, and does hereby, release Promotion Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and/or property arising out of or relating to the receipt, ownership or use of a prize.  By accepting a prize, potential winner represents and warrants that it is eligible to participate in the Promotion, accepts and has complied with this Official Rules.

1. ARBITRATION, CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:  Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to the Promotion and this Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof.  Entrant further agrees that any claim or controversy arising out of, relating to or in connection with the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved exclusively by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules at its Washington, DC regional office and conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative basis.  Entrant agrees to faithfully observe these Official Rules and abide by and perform any award rendered by the arbitrator and that any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.  For any claim or controversy which may not be subject to arbitration or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with this Official Rules or the Promotion, the entrant irrevocably submits and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Howard County in the State of Maryland and agrees not to raise the defense of forum non-conveniens.  In the event any portion of this section is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in force.
