With Pet Waste Station Managed Services you will pay one weekly price that includes the station, supplies, and emptying.  After two years the station is yours! After four years, you receive a new station at no charge!

This program is similar to leasing a car, with the service, maintenance, and supplies included.  This is how Pet Waste Station Managed Services works:

• You will sign a two-year contract that includes the station, supplies, and service.  You will be charged a flat fee each week.  You do not need to purchase the station up-front.
• We will install the pet waste station.
• Each week we will empty the receptacle and perform routine dog-waste station maintenance.
• Maintenance includes lubricating the locks and hinges as well as tightening any loose hardware.
• We will pick up and remove all waste within a six-foot radius of the pet waste station.
• We will empty the waste receptacle once per week.
• We will restock the dog poop bag dispenser weekly with biodegradable dog waste bags.
• After four years, you will receive a new station at no charge.
• The total cost for this service is less than $20/wk.
• At the end of the two-year contract, you will own the pet waste station.
